Kris Bowers’ The Wild Robot

Kris talks to Reuven about his magnificent, and now oscar-nominated score to DreamWorks Animation’s The Wild Robot. Kris very generously takes us through his DAW projects, the printed score and even his handwritten themes. He talks at length about his collaboration with the Sandbox Percussion team and shares some videos of that process. He goes into detail about his communications with the producers and director Chris Sanders as well as recording at Skywalker Ranch. He even plays the piano! This is really a fun one.
