Fans of Film Music 11 with John Powell

In celebration of the ten-year anniversary of the Fans Of Film Music Society, we are proud to host Oscar-nominated composer John Powell as our guest of honor for this special co-hosted event with the Academy of Scoring Arts. For over twenty years, John has delivered one extraordinary score after the next, and his work in the How To Train Your Dragon and Jason Bourne franchises is now legendary. In 2018 he scored Solo with a new theme by John Williams. John stepped into the classical world with his choral album Hubris. Host Kaya Savas will interview John, then we’ll feature a bit of Q&A and autograph signing, then a buffet pizza/pasta/salad lunch will be served, courtesy of Vitello’s Restaurant.
