Ellington Quantum Harmony

Quantum Harmony

Featuring: Scott Healy

Ellington Study Group Scott Healy leads us through a discussion of quantum harmony, touching on Duke Ellington’s “After You’ve Gone,” Jelly Roll Morton’s “Wolverine Blues,” and Duke’s “East St. Louis Toodle-oo.” Scott demonstrates the jazz theory concepts using a tenor banjo because of its intervals and natural voicings.
