On March 9, 2019, the Academy of Scoring Arts hosted a special event featuring renowned orchestrator and composer Thomas Goss (orchestrationonline.com). Thomas joined us to moderate our second Ravel Challenge, an event in which we invite members of our community to work on an orchestration, then receive feedback. This year’s challenge was Claude Debussy’s Serenade of the Doll (for piano) which was orchestrated by nine volunteers.
